Workshops & Community Shows
Move It!
Joe Ink
Shake a leg. Cut a rug. Get down. Whether it's the sandbox or the cubicle, everyone needs to break out of the box once in a while.
A community workshop,
Move It! emphasizes physical literacy, creativity, confidence and overall well-being, inviting participants back into their bodies and their first language: movement. From toddlers to grandmothers and everyone between, all are inspired, empowered and motivated to move their bodies through dance in a safe, non-judgmental environment.
"Joe Ink's Move It! brings dance back into everyday life where it belongs and reconnects us with the joy of movement. Move It! is an infectious approach to dance."
